Golden Hope Ministries presents Camp H.E.A.L.I.N.G. Hearts:
A safe haven for children and families who have experienced a death related loss and are walking through grief, to find support with others in the community who understand what they are going through. At Golden Hope we believe that no child or family should have to walk through grief alone and that there is healing found in community.
The camp will take place on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at the YMCA’s Camp Triangle Hills. A day filled with fun activities like rock climbing, high ropes, team building, crafts, and games all while providing hopeful encouragement, love and support as we navigate our grief journeys together.
Separate age groups for children ages 5-17 will be offered to provide developmentally appropriate grief related support, discussions and activities led by trained Golden Hope facilitators.
Adult grief related support, activities, information and discussion will be offered for those with child participants. (Participation is encouraged but not required)
***Each child, teen and adult participating needs to fill out a separate registration form***
